USA Blog Entry 1: Beginner Photographer on South West trip

RichK is a keen photographer and many of you wil have seen the lovely firework shots he posts here.
Rich was very keen to come on the latest photosig trip to the USA South West and I jumped at the chance to come along as long as I had some reasonable photgraphy kit to use. So armed with the backup camera and spare lenses I came to the USA for the first time. I've only used simple cameras before this so be gentle....

Monday travel to Grand Canyon, And in the evening we went for meal with Tim and Dawn and Rich had Rattlesnake whilst I settled for Chicken.

In the movie and the book of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants a group of woman discover a pair of pants in a store that seems to fits each of them perfectly, and they decide to share the pants, each one keeping it for a month before sending it along to the next person.
The movie follows whichever girl has the pants.
In a Photpgrapher's twist on this a brand new Naneu Pro K3 bag in photoSIG blue embarked on a world tour with a selection of photoSIG users, each of whom would use the bag for a month or so and write about it in the blog.
I picked the bag up in the USA on a trip with some of the other photographers and brought it back to the UK with me. You can read about where the bag went here:-
